Identification of Project Risks
Several deliverables in DNA® focus on the risks that may exist in the existing infrastructure. While some risks may already be causing service degradation inside the Domino environment, other risks may surface only when you begin to execute major changes – such as during consolidation projects.
DNA performs risk analysis, in the form of integrity and consistency checks, in the following areas:
- Domino directory (Person and Server documents)
- Group document configuration (cyclic groups and group nesting depth)
- Database deployment (duplicate replicas, template conflicts, file naming conventions)
- Server configuration (including parameters for replication, session timeouts)
